Ammunition for dealing with Government agencies and idiots

Posted on December 29, 2006 by Mamapumpkin
I have it sussed. Ever since I became the secretary for a charity organisation I volunteer with, I've had to make dozens of phone calls to Government agencies in order to keep ourselves legal. It is no picnic but I no longer stress.......click to learn what next.

Guilty Mother

Posted on December 29, 2006December 6, 2007 by Mamapumpkin
If there were ever some powerful emotions that set forth in a woman on the onset of Motherhood, it is surely love, patience and guilt - in that order. Last week, T and I woke up bright and early to send the Hubs.......click to learn what next.

Doing her bit for Charity

Posted on December 20, 2006 by Mamapumpkin
I am proud of my toddler. She is no longer a toddler really, but a very mature little girl of 27 months. She even looks it, her maturity, as people always mistake her for being older than she really is. And the expressions.......click to learn what next.

What is happening to my country?

Posted on December 12, 2006 by Mamapumpkin
Whilst reading the Star this evening, I started getting really worried. This is the country's leading newspaper that sits on more than half the office receptions and desks of CEO's in KL. Mainstream media. It seems....... How about joke comics? For it sure pushed my laughing buttons! Here's.......click to learn what next.

My friend, Sam….for always.

Posted on December 7, 2006December 9, 2007 by Mamapumpkin
This year, Sam would've been 34, just like me. But she has missed out 13 years of what we were meant to share together as friends, to my detriment. I met the beautiful Indonesian Italian Samantha Barlian of a lithe 5'6" at architecture school more than.......click to learn what next.

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
