The day we visited Fremantle was Father’s Day in Perth so with Nana’s help, T1 got her Daddy a cheesy plaque *cheesy grin*. There are many things to do in Fremantle but really, all you need to do is just be there and so much will happen.
.
We started off with the park and the playground……
.
Walking the tight rope
.
Which was actually this rope pyramid climbing structure
.
T1 made friends real easy. She always does, unlike her more suspicious baby sister.
.
Whilst Mommy pushed T2 on the baby swings…..
.
WheeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
.
Just look how cool and super safe the baby swings in Australia are! 5 point harness belt, OK?
.
Perfect. These swings were made for them – one for th 6 year old and one for the 6 month old…..PERFECT! The swings were no doubt one of the girls favourite things to do in Fremantle, Perth.
.
Bouncy Castle next!
.
And then they ran around chasing ducks!!! Poor ducks!!! Hang on. Were they ducks?
.
T1 got tired and decided to sketch on the ground with twigs.
.
We got hungry……
.
Waiting for food……so we had our fingers as appetisers
.
Look at the cream on this! If I had my way, I’d be eating that lovely cream every day.
.
Chocolate cake. Nuff said.
.
Happy days in Perth….
.
Look how LARGE their muffins are compared to ours? We’re talking 4 inch high muffins!
.
Fremantle Bake House
.
Spying on Stormtroopers
.
Watching crazy people eat fire…..
.
Balanced on poles……..a single pole with only rope at either side supported by two volunteers, mind you!
.
Getting in and out of a tennis racket. The things they come up with – bizarre!!!
.
A little girl was called out to volunteer and T1 raised her hand automatically but Mommy said no. Who knows what he would have made her do?! It turns out that she had to hold up this miserable bear and he would then inflate it. I cannot remember what happened next? Did it explode? Perhaps. I must ask T1 tomorrow…….only she will remember things like that.
.
Putting a very long sword down his throat. Why do people do this?
.
Watching intently……
.
When it was over…….she wasn’t sure what to make of it all.
.
So we went to the skin gym – huh?
Which Mommy so needed, of course!
Is that enough things to do in Fremantle, Perth, for you?
