10 years ago when this magical cream came to KL (not that I even wear creams!!!), I had to buy it just because I was itchy to find out what the big deal was and since MADONNA used it and swore by it…..so out I went. I could afford it then despite it being more than RM400, no kids, corporate job.
Initially, I couldn’t see what the big deal was but when I came back with scaly skin from Melbourne, that was when that Creme de la Mer wrinkle cream was the ONLY thing that could remove the scales off my face. I tried all my other branded moisturisers, tried olive oil, vaseline…..nothing worked like Creme de la Mer. That’s a promise. Now I only use it for emergencies. One, because I am too lazy to apply moisturisers anyway. Two, because it is too expensive to be consumed daily.
