At T1’s school, secondary students were given an exercise to interview their Moms about what beauty products they used. For girls, this would come naturally but for the boys, they really couldn’t care less nor would they ever pay attention to beauty products at the cosmetic counters lest what their Moms applied on their aging skin every night! And that is exactly why the school chose to expose the kids to the beauty industry. In their entrepreneurial module, they wanted kids (boys included) to realise just how lucrative the beauty industry is. Women are just suckers for beauty. Period.

My friend who works in the beauty industry tells me that her turnover per month, PER MONTH people!!!, was 5 million dollars, sometimes more. I used to sell office space and I didn’t even make that much in an entire year. So yeah, beauty and cosmetics, certainly an option for a future………….
