The journey of fat loss

I burned 380 calories this morning on the cross trainer. I had a 400 calorie breakfast. I had a total of 1100 calories today.

If I can keep this up, I have hope.

I learnt the kind of food I should be eating and the portions from here.

Right. NO WONDER I am as heavy as my husband.

  1. It’s no point going on a weight loss journey if u r not 100% committed to it. U must want to reach ur goal so badly that nothing will stop u daily from exercising. My obesity more than 5 yrs ago was my blessing in disguise as otherwise I wld not have found the joy of exercising & practising a healthy lifestyle. Inspite of the blood, sweat & tears I went tru to lose 50lbs, it is worth all of it after u see a healthy, positive & energetic mum & wife in urself to your family. It’s better to be a fat but fit person rather than a thin & unfit person.

    Hope u will continue our workouts daily & dont let ur emotions come in between choosing to be healthy.

  2. a&a’smom, it is really hard. This weightloss journey. But I am determined, slowly but surely. I’ve figured out that I can’t go cold turkey so I will do this gradually. I saw a nutritionist today and she told me to go on fruit & veg for a month. Only a month. OUCH! I hate fruit & veg!
