Some weeks ago, I posted this onto my facebook page saying that the kids were driving me nuts so I decided to tie and gag them. I knew I was getting myself into a tick when I posted it but I continued nevertheless, and of course, despite getting into some mud, I am again posting it here to an even larger audience. Call me a rebel.
What do you see when you see this? Do you see child abuse? Most found it funny but a handful did not. Some actually took it very seriously suggesting I was teaching my kids the wrong thing by doing this. What if they got kidnapped and they thought it was part of a game?
My kids will not think that, I promise you. They have been taught to be safe. They have been taught right from wrong. They have been taught how to try to escape and what to do in the event that they DO get kidnapped. They might not succeed but that’s another thing altogether.
The kids had a ball of a time when I tied them up. They released themselves in under 2 minutes and the tape over the mouth did not keep them shut at all. The next time they make me cross, they might end up in prison.

Actually, this photo is not about your kids getting kidnapped.
The greater danger is that anonymous visitors to your blog will get it into their minds to do it to:
a) their own helpless children in a village far away from anyone or
b) an orphan, a foster child or a street child.
For the sake of abandoned, foster or kidnapped children around the world, please, please remove this photo from your blog.
ROTFL! Look at that cheeky face! I once posted a photo of Ashley with her mouth taped by my sister in FB because she was talking nonstop in the office (it was the school holiday) and drove my sister nuts. Of course, I got a lot of flak for that eventhough Ashley removed that tape herself after I took the photo *blek*

As for the two people here (and any other snowflakes who are triggered by this), they need to dunk thier heads in a vat of cold water to wake themselves up, its not about giving kidnappers ideas, or giving your girls sexual fetishism, they just wouldn’t know the definition of a good joke (and good sense of humour) even if it hit them on the head.
