I must put it on paper again how much I value Tee’s preschool. Ever since she started at Insight Kids, her confidence has leapt mountains and crossed oceans and her love for learning, grown to the point of being passionate and hungry to learn. She no longer misses her old, glamorous school and now says she likes her school now much better because she is learning so much more and it is so much more fun. She also said, “AND!!!! There is swimming!!”

Now I am really contemplating on what to do with Tee next year. Keep her at her currents school which she loves, I am totally happy with that, BUT if she doesn’t get into Reception next year at another big school, she may miss out on a place for Primary One. Unfortunately, her preschool hasn’t started Primary School yet or I’d send her there without thought.

What to do? What to do? What to do?

Today, she came home and told me that she and her friends worked on a really big mind-map. “It was HUUUUU…..GE, Mom!!!” She continued to elaborate on their mind-map, about how they stuck stuff on it about Charlottes’s Web. Apparently, this will be Malaysia’s largest mind-mapping exercise and will get published someday with the childrens names on it.

Personally, I don’t even know what a mind-map is but if she does, then well, that can only be good, I suppose!
