Tee has of late been playing the Hubs and I off each other, but if she thinks she can get away with her tricks, she is sadly mistaken. I must admit though that the Hubs is a bigger sucker for his daughter than I am.

Today, I was nagging her to drink more water as she has a bad habit of not drinking and she said no, she has to drink chocolate milk. Because DADDY insists that she needs to drink more milk.

Yesterday, I told her to put her dirty clothes into the laundry basket when I saw that she’d thrown them onto the bedroom floor. She said no, she wants to do it DADDY’S way. DADDY says she can throw it on the floor and he will pick up the pile and take it to the laundry area behind.

The other day, whilst I was brushing her teeth, she complained that I didn’t put a towel underneath her bum (she sits on the bathroom counter) but DADDY always did (to keep her butt from getting cold from the marble top) and DADDY would put his hand under her chin as a scoop to scoop up her dribbly toothpasted saliva so it wouldn’t soil her pyjamas.

Well, SCREW DADDY cuz’ I’m NOT DADDY!!!

On the contrary, she ran to me in the bedroom one day whilst the Hubs was in the study to ask me if she could go swimming and go out for lunch. I totally ignored her as I was dead beat, half asleep. Later, when I woke up, there was nobody in the house. I called the Hubs to ask where the hell they were and he said that SHE said that I said it was OK for them to go out for lunch and a swim!!! I was freaking pissed!!!

I warned him that he should always check with ME first and not just listen to HER.
