Not too long ago, I was approached to buy a property at Sunway Velocity, poised well very near the city centre with fantastic infrastructure below, I am still considering it. The development is located near Peel Road and honestly, it is a stone’s throw away from KLCC. Besides, where else would one buy a property in the city centre without paying millions and without it being lease hold?? I think it’s a good enough buy……but I’m still thinking!
It’s like a Solaris Dutamas kind of development with a Publika below but the added benefit is that it has much more facilities PLUS 2 MRT stations. Good plus points, the MRT stations except that since I work in the industry, I cannot promise that the MRT lines would be ready in time for the development. Ha.Ha.Ha…..
