Edited to add: What pisses me off is I’ve cut and paste from Lian’s site and now my font has gone all wonky. I cannot stand it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am a designer and the following is blurring to my eyes!!!

I’ve been given some homework again by another teacher, Lian, who offers Moms Happy Parenting Tips and Tricks. Check her out!

I am currently a SAHM who prostitutes herself to whoever and whomever willing to pay for services. As long as there is money involved and both parties are agreeable, we’re good to go. Being versatile and experienced in many areas of life (ahem), I can work anything from being a funny clown to delivering your dream home to negotiating a political deal to teaching young children how to fart to arranging fresh flowers to……..

But. Although I can do many things, I am not really doing anything apart from caring for Tee and writing everyday on this blog which I hope will earn me some pocket change once I shift out of free wordpress. I also do some volunteer work because I want to give back. I always have, since volunteering at the Spastic Children’s Home in Brickfields as a teenager and then the Old Folk’s Home in Cheras. I don’t mean to sound like a fake philanthropist but.

Being a SAHM, I get to be in control of Tee which serves me good since I am THE control freak. Yes, I want to know EVERYTHING that involves her. But being a SAHM doesn’t throw me the luxuries that I so adore – regular body massages, gourmet chocolate and freedom. Man, I’d kill to get those right now.

Being a FTWM before, I ended up missing Tee every single day because holding a senior position doesn’t mean I have more time to skive. Although there are juniors doing the work for me, I have to manage them and that alone takes a whole lot of sweat. And puke. Because human resource in this country just ain’t up to par. Nuff said.

Ideally, I’d like to be a WFHM, although as HFM said, is NOT easy. Taking care of Tee alone without any help is a FULL TIME JOB. So if I were to do any other work that actually garners me a wage, it would have to be performed after hours or while Tee is at playschool.

So what gives? Sleep, of course. Thankfully, I am one who survives on very little (unlike the Hubs), so I can possibly manage a little business on the side. Once I get a maid. I think.

I am working on a few things. But blogging isn’t getting me anywhere I tell ya!
