Thankfully, my family genes do not require any acne treatment but that’s not saying I’ve never had acne problems! Everyone goes through some acne stage some time throughout their lives, I think. But if I ever get an acne problem again, I’d want to get rid of it the most natural way possible. Cold food include salads, vegetables, barley water, fruit etc.
