I shan’t tell you where this is but I took a picture because it got me thinking about public kitchens and why it is just always best to eat at home.

In my lifetime, I’ve worked in exactly 3 restaurants and let me tell you, if you saw what went on in restaurant kitchens, you would not want to eat there. Think about it, these people who work there, why do they care? What do they care? If they accidentally dropped your steak on their grotty floor, do you think they’d make you another? No, they’d just pick it up and slap it back on the plate. If there was an insect in your drink, do you think they’d make you a new drink? No, they’d just dig it out and pour it into a new glass. Do they wash their hands after digging their nose, ears, head, other orifices? Let’s not even go where the rats and cockroaches hang out, amongst other things like maggots and such.

ANYWAY…..

Can you see the little notice above? It says KEEP CLEAN WEAR GLOVE COZ PEOPLE CAN SEE WHAT U DOING. Soooooooooo what if people can’t see what you’re doing???
