Last year, at 15 months old, we braved a road trip to Melaka with the girls. Seriously, the Hubs and I, we are not that adventurous when it comes to travelling with kids. The thought of crying and whining kids, needing to make.......click to learn what next.

My crazy kids……

Posted on October 2, 2011September 28, 2011 by Mamapumpkin
We used to have this Danish designer cot that neither of the girls ever slept in but they did use it to PLAY. They'd play all sorts of nonsense in it and now that we've sold it off, I've had to improvise nooks.......click to learn what next.

The Biting Baby

When I was a kid, I used to bite my brother. I used to follow him around whenever my parents weren't looking and attacked in a flash. Needless to say, my brother is terrorised for life. I guess it's genetic because T2 has.......click to learn what next.

Losing Your Data on the Hard Drive

Posted on September 30, 2011September 28, 2011 by Mamapumpkin
This is a true story. All my life, I've never done backups. I've never needed to. Whenever I worked for an office, the office had an IT person who was in charge of that. On the home front, the Hubs is in charge.......click to learn what next.

The lucrative beauty industry

Posted on September 30, 2011 by Mamapumpkin
At T1's school, secondary students were given an exercise to interview their Moms about what beauty products they used. For girls, this would come naturally but for the boys, they really couldn't care less nor would they ever pay attention to beauty products.......click to learn what next.

Dangerous Drugs

Posted on September 29, 2011 by Mamapumpkin
A few years ago, I was prescribed some drugs by a Doctor but after taking them for a few days, I couldn't sleep and my metabolic rate had gone into overdrive. Thus I stopped at my own gut instinct. A few years later,.......click to learn what next.

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
