Posted on March 26, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
So I'm thinking we should go to at least one holiday destination that we've never been to every year and another holiday destination that is nearer and cheaper. Is that too much to ask for? I'm not so much a holiday person because.......click to learn what next.

All about EMOTIONS

Posted on March 25, 2008March 25, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  Today, the Hubs told me that my emotions are like the stock market, going up real high, then dropping real low. Then up again and low again, in simple harmonic motion. And that he could never keep up. He even had the.......click to learn what next.

Thinking of renewing our wedding vows

Posted on March 25, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
It is so easy after ten years of marriage, and especially after a child comes along, that couples forget each other and take each other for granted like the air we breathe. For this reason, I want to renew my wedding vows one.......click to learn what next.

Cheeky Penguin and toddlers refusing blankets

Posted on March 25, 2008March 25, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  What is it with toddlers and their fierce repulsion of blankets? Ever since the day Tee was born, she has been grossly allergic to blankets; breaking out in a hot rash (from screaming protests) as a baby if we wrapped her up and now.......click to learn what next.

Toddler learning the art of negotiation

Posted on March 25, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  My little daughter of three is becoming very smart of late. Instead of her childish "NO!!" to any question that requires her to do something she does not want to, she now returns with another question. For example, "Tee, it's time to.......click to learn what next.

Toddler advising Mommy

Posted on March 25, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  Today, I hit my daughter on her shin whilst she was seated at the sofa because she made me so mad. She threw a tantrum when she didn't get her way and crumpled up a school book. I reminded her that books are.......click to learn what next.

Do you believe in Feng Shui?

Posted on March 20, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  For me, yes and no. Yes, in that a lot of its principles make sense; no, because there are so many cons out there. I've always wanted to bring in a Feng Shui master to see my house but never got round.......click to learn what next.

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
