Hello Blog Readers!!!
Apologies for disappearing but I am going to make my best effort to blog more these days since I now have more time as my new business is up and running. For the month of March, I told my friends that I did not want any presents this year. Give to charity instead. I have finally started the real act of Project Declutter after reading Marie Kondo’s Spark Joy and it actually took me a few months to get started. Woe! But it’s never too late, right? This makes me realise how much I miss blogging.
We are progressing really well as a family. I have been attending some Business Courses to upgrade myself although seriously is there a need? I don’t know, I felt that I needed to since maybe there was something I wasn’t so good at yet so what was really interesting in growing a business through Social Media is that we are advised to share our bad sides to our readers, our audience. Like you know, life cannot be so perfect that you have everything together and not cry and suffer, right??? That got me thinking. OK, so what can I share that is horrible about my life so my readers can connect with me? Think. Think. Think. Think. Think.
Hubby’s doing very well. He retired 3 times and got a few pay rises and a driver. Kids are doing very well too. T2 is progressing well at school, most importantly, she is happy and fitting in into the school life curriculum despite being a lonely homeschooled child. Everyone used to say how she never got an interaction with other kids and was going to suffer at real school because she wouldn’t have any communication or social skills.
T1 is still consistently churning her straight A’s for all subjects and has started participating in the Performing Arts, very active, very busy. All good. We have a crazy funny time as a family every single weekend together so really, really nothing to complain about at all.
If pressed, I would say I am still fat but that isn’t even an issue for me. My kids want me to be cuddly because I am MAMA not some stick insect kind of skinny model. Fat or slim, that shouldn’t define a person and as you may or may not know, some people actually have illnesses that they have to deal with that contributes to their fat status! So don’t judge. It is easy to judge of course when one raises the envy eyebrow. There is this lady who keeps harping on about my weight and how I am so rich yet I cannot lose weight. She does it to attack me but oh, my….. I am so dead and affected by it. Not. It is embarrassing to see insecure women ganging up on you just to bring you down because they have nothing else better to do when they should be working on themselves instead.
Our home renovation has completed. We have purchased a new couch and dining table and another new property! YES!!! Now at least I have something to save money for. It has always been my advice to my team that they should do business to grow money on the side so they can start a property collection. I am leading the way! We have also fully paid up for our current home which I have chosen not to sell because of the beautiful green view that it has so I guess I am just going to have to watch my budget and not get anything frivolous. I am way past that anyway, thank God. Thank you, Marie Kondo.
The home is always filled with music from our Sonos or one of the girls playing on the piano. Such joy. We have our Young Living diffusers running in the background allowing positive states of minds boosting us to be our very best selves. Oh, my. I am so in love with Young Living and really kicking myself that I had not started earlier. I guess you live and learn!
