Sure they do! The toughest part is of course, getting me to sign up in the first place. But if I feel that the loyalty program is worth investing in, I’d go for it. Once I have, it only makes sense for me to go back to the same old places/vendors/people over and over again, whenever I need their products or services.
I have a half inch stack of loyalty program cards in my wallet (too bad it’s not cash!) that offers me benefits such as points, cash back rewards, discounts and free products from Dome, Coffee Bean, San Francisco Coffee, Isetan, Metrojaya, Toys ‘R’ Us, MPH Kidz, Times Book Store, Popular Book Store, Bonuslink, Esso, Body Shop, Meidi-Ya, Mothercare; and the list goes on.
Shit, no wonder it takes up that much space in my wallet. Duh.
One marketing program I have not yet come across is webloyalty. Apart from their benefits to customers, they treat customer service as their number one main priority. Now, who doesn’t like great service?
