A subject I’m very familiar with.

Over the years I’ve lost a handful of friends which has saddened me to the hilt. For reasons unknown to me, they just disappeared out of my life, like dust in the wind.

When I was 21, my best friend at UCL killed herself. I didn’t stop crying for 2 whole years and as much as I prayed for her ghost to appear before me, as chicken shit as I am of stuff like that, I needed to see her. Even if it was just her ghost.

Now, I still miss her as much. I don’t cry anymore but the pain has not lessened.

I cling on to what little friends I have for dear life. As they are few and far between. As I could no longer stand losing another. And then today, I heard this piece of news that almost killed me.
