Living a Happy Life is easy when you have the help of great people around you. What more when you have a loving family who is always behind you 500% of the way. I am so blessed and I never take it for granted yet there are people who are not happy with me and for me for some reason or other. If I was perfect, I’d be Mother Theresa, so yes please, you can continue to judge me for my failings. I am not perfect. I am full of drama and if you cannot stand drama, stop watching Hollywood movies at all. Kan? After handling last year’s disappointments, I am much more resilient in handling this year’s disappointments. It is truly no water off my back.
When I help, I help. I have no expectations. Someone asked me yesterday if she should help another person and if that person could be trusted. I asked her what her motivation was? If you want to help, you just help. God is watching all the time. You don’t help or give people stuff with an agenda. You help because you genuinely want to help, and if that person in turn stabs you in the back (oh, trust me, this has happened only a few times to me), so be it. You cannot control that. But if you were to prejudge every single person you want to help, how is that possible?? You will never know who will turn around and stab you, seriously. Not even the people whom you thought you could trust, even they could turn around to stab you. So no point worrying if you can trust that person or not. If you want to help, just help. If not, then don’t help. Life is simple. Do not complicate it.
People always forget the amount of energy I put into them but I practice non-dependence and non-attachment. When you can reach a level of non-attachment, you only move forward with your purpose and anything that crosses your path to cut you or push you over, will be a slight trip. But never a hole that you fall into. So learn to practise non-attachment.
Living a Happy Life is easy. My joy apart from my family, comes from being able to raise women to higher ground. I am on a mission currently to bring in a monthly RM15,000 side income to half a dozen families, RM10,000 to another half a dozen families and RM5,000 monthly to another few struggling Moms. With my own earnings, I will give a third to help others, a third to my kids savings and a third to my own shopping indulgences or towards our holidays. Sorry, Hubby!!!
So ask yourselves, what is missing from your life that is disallowing you from living a happy life? This is YOUR life and you only have one. What is your purpose in this life? What makes you happy? You have every right to make yourself happy so what are you waiting for? Why are you not taking CONTROL of your own life and making it a happy one? What is your blocker, what is stopping you from being happy?
Whatever it is, I can help you get there if you are willing to open up. I am an experienced life coach and have helped many people get out of their ruts. When you live a life of purpose, you gain perspectives and with perspectives, you can open up your minds to bigger possibilities. The world is so big yet so small. Every problem becomes less of a problem if you know how to address and approach it. Your happiness becomes more of my happiness, and that is what I currently do for a living.

Mamapumpkin quit her full time job as the Country Director of a British Railway Signalling organisation in December 2014 due to the diagnosis of her double heart valve (aortal and mitral) regurgitation causing her to be extremely fatigued (insufficient oxygenated blood) and not being able to function as a normal human being.
