Do you? It’s probably because I didn’t study in America that I’ve never taken an interest. So I asked the Hubs about the Dallas Cowboys today whilst driving home. In fact, I asked him if the Dallas Cowboys were an American Football team, suspecting that it was. See how blur?
He immediately told me that they’d just lost to the Patriots. Huh? How does he know that? I know that my husband studied and worked in New York for 12 years but I didn’t know he was into American football??? He’s into Formula One! He said he’d just happened to read about it today. Oh……
I asked him if Dallas Cowboys tickets were expensive in the States and why it was such a big thing. He said that if you understood it then yes, it becomes a big thing. Just like how I was crazy about the World Cup. Just like how I was crazy about the Olympics many yonks ago.
Anyway, tickets start at USD35 and can go up, up, up. And that’s if you can even GET a ticket. I suppose the atmosphere of it is……what’s the word for it? Ah well….
