Tee cried last night inconsolably because her precious number one Daddy had taken her boyfriend to the toilet for a PEP talk. No, I’m kidding.

He brought him to the toilet whilst we were at a party as he was going himself and to save her boyfriend’s Mom from making that long walk. Tee said her Daddy needs to ask HER permission before he does anything for her friends, even if it is for her boyfriend. She does NOT like her Daddy doing things for other people. He is only allowed to do things for HER. And even T2 has to ask her permission first if she wants Daddy to carry her or change her diaper.

Tee confuses me sometimes. She has a really good memory most times but now seems to forget that T2 cannot talk. How is T2 going to ask her permission to borrow her own Daddy? Yes, her OWN Daddy. Can you imagine asking your own husband if you can sleep on your own bed? What should T2 do? Cry? Kick her legs? Have a poo? Who knows….maybe children have a secret communication skill between each other that we adults are oblivious to.

Other complaints included how everyone keeps breaking their promises to her, how T2 is so annoying because she keeps crying and Tee has no more parents as a result, how her friends have all left school and oh, so many complaints – all the while crying like a Tamil lady in a Bollywood film who’s just lost her son.

I suppose the good thing after a long cry is that they always have a good night’s sleep 🙂
