Two years ago, T1 was really into designing hairstyles, so we bought her that awful doll’s head. I guess because she had long hair and Mommy had much more time then to play around with hair styles, perhaps she picked up on it and loved choosing her hair clips for the day to match her mood of the day. Long gone are those girly girl days……*sob*

Another way she got to be interested in hair styling was from this Barbie hair styling book presented to her by a friend. It actually teaches you STEP BY STEP, how to do each type of hairstyle in simple words and then has some 3D hair to play with.

Isn’t it amazing what Mattel comes up with? T1 learned how to braid hair, tie pony tails and roll a bun. There were other hair styles too but I cannot remember what now. What an excellent way to occupy a little girls time whilst promoting her creativity at the same time!

You can be sure that we aren’t selling THIS toy for the moment as we are confident that T2 will definitely have some fun with it!
