I wear so many hats at work but one of the things we are now looking at is developing a database for workflow management in order to make the company run like a premium oiled machine. I apply the same concepts when looking for suppliers wanting to know what their workflow processes are as they’d give me a heads up whether they will be efficient and organised or not when coming to dealing with my products and services. As one of my areas of responsibility is the marketing of the business, I am now looking at Web To Print Workflow in a particular company.
