T1 attended a party this weekend. The last time she attended a party, she insisted on wearing her Transformer outfit and we were THE walking spectacle at the shopping mall. Every kid stopped to point. Even the adults had a second glance. Some thought we were part of the shopping malls mascot. I just pretended I didn’t know her.

This time round, I insisted that I wasn’t taking her if she chose to wear her Transformer outfit again. So she got the Hubs to take her instead. She even told me that the gap in her front teeth (read: her lifelong tooth decay) was exactly like that of a real pirate and she was mighty chuffed about it.The cheek.
