Posted on January 10, 2011 by Mamapumpkin
In my days as a child, not that I had many toys at all, I remember toys being packaged quite simply. Simple enough that I, then a kid, could open it myself. I don't ever remember having to ask my parents nor wait.......click to learn what next.

Rediscovering the artist in me…..

Posted on January 1, 2011January 3, 2011 by Mamapumpkin
One thing I really miss about my life is appreciating beauty and creating beauty. In my youth, I'd spend hours and days, writing journals, sketching ideas, planning strategies, colouring, making, reading, communicating...........and absorbed the beauty of my surroundings. My parents were too busy.......click to learn what next.

2011 New Year’s Resolutions

Posted on December 16, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
I'm not sure why I'm bothering seeing that I failed at this year's resolutions which was to lose 10kg. Instead I've put on 2kg. How the hell did THAT happen? How depressing is that?! BUT. If we don't have goals, then we have.......click to learn what next.

When can mothers’ rest?

Posted on December 14, 2010December 14, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
Seriously now, when exactly do mothers get a chance to rest? Whether you are a full-time working mom, a stay-at-home-mom or anywhere in between, finding time to rest when you have more than one kid is practically impossible regardless whether you have help.......click to learn what next.

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
