Recuperating from a night out

Posted on April 19, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
So the Hubs has been nagging and nagging and rubbing it in like a million times over, how I deserve to feel like a rotten potato after my night out. No shit. I am no longer a spring chicken, he keeps reminding me........click to learn what next.

Errant drivers at school

Posted on February 17, 2010February 17, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
One thing that irritates me about Tee's school is the way cars and their respective drivers rule the road as though their grandfathers built them. These people, they practise their driving skills as though it was a bumper car ride outside the school........click to learn what next.

If you don’t already know, GODIVA has reached our shores……the shores of KLCC beside Harrods on the 1st floor. The first time I ever had Godiva was when my mother in law handed me a piece - a single, miserable piece of chocolate.......click to learn what next.

So last night was THE DAY. Everything was planned to perfection and of course, I've told you many a time that every time I do that, perfection gets chopped and crushed into a million pieces. In a blender. I had brought out a.......click to learn what next.

I told the Hubs that no amount of money could ever reward me for the pregnancy I had to go through with T2 but since I am such a nice wife, I'd settle for a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes. My friends say.......click to learn what next.

Communication breakdown

Posted on November 16, 2009 by Mamapumpkin
After a very stressful day of cries, cries and then more cries, stress from helper, stress from Tee, stress from EVERYTHING, I smsed my better half, Me:  ;'-( The Hubs: Huh? Thinking he may not have understood the tearing icon, I went... Me:.......click to learn what next.

For the last month, Tee has been praying to God asking him to get Santa to get her a DS Lite, exactly like the one her boyfriend has and it has to be white colour, not pink. No way. Make sure it's white,.......click to learn what next.

Increasing my breast milk

Posted on October 23, 2009 by Mamapumpkin
Not that I have to but I'm just curious and also, I figured that if I increased my supply, perhaps T2 would take 1 minute to drink up instead of 10? Anyway, I'd been taking fenugreek tea on and off by just pouring.......click to learn what next.

RSS A Mother’s Monologue

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
