One of the places that one MUST visit in Cameron Highlands is the Smokehouse, which is located around the golf course, very near the old Merlin Hotel. They serve absolutely the best scones I have ever eaten in my entire life and mind.......click to learn what next.

After an entire morning of picking up trash, hey, that's 4 kilometers mind you, of steep uphill struggles, we were famished. Our meals were all packaged up by the resort so we ate there mostly, despite cravings to get out into the town.......click to learn what next.

There's nothing like a refreshing welcome of fresh bloom in a hotel room. I always love seeing fresh flowers in my hotel room, and my home too but I can't afford a constant supply of fresh flowers unfortunately. So yes, this was indeed.......click to learn what next.

We finally did it. Traipsed to LV, me in shorts, Mom in slippers and Tee in, I can't remember what, kid's clothing? Mom didn't bring her bag because she didn't know I had an agenda that day (Friday, 2.30pm 17th April 2009, for.......click to learn what next.

Compulsory subjects for SPM

Posted on December 2, 2008 by Mamapumpkin
SPM is the not so equivalent of O-Levels here in Malaysia. The Hubs and I have been in serious discussion over Tee's educational route. We are lucky enough to have options but naturally, all options have their strengths and weaknesses. So whilst researching.......click to learn what next.

What Agama teachers say to their students

Posted on November 20, 2008 by Mamapumpkin

RSS A Mother’s Monologue

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
