How much intellect for an administration job?

Posted on March 9, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
Since I'm in the mood, I was wondering if a house maid can ever have an administration job in an office? Seriously, assuming they had a tertiary education, can read and write pretty fluently, had some common sense, do you think they'd qualify.......click to learn what next.

Fixing lights

Posted on March 8, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
The lights in our living room have a habit of going bust every now and then and when they do, Tee would become the broken record reminder to the Hubs that he needs to fix it as it involves her. Her desk sits.......click to learn what next.

People who need to grow

Posted on February 18, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
This world and especially in KL, has so many defected people who really need to be more exposed, gain more experience and learn about the ways of the world. I come across defected people on a daily basis and it saddens me. But.......click to learn what next.

Stress causes acne

Posted on February 18, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
After all those Chinese New Year goodies and with the stress that I have been enduring these last weeks, my face is now resembling that of the moon. Yup, filled with craters. OK, I'll try not to be so dramatic. But seriously, when.......click to learn what next.

Applying sample creams

Posted on February 18, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
I am usually one who is too lazy to apply moisturisers of any sort but in my recent trip to Kota Bharu, I knew it would be very, very hot and that I would be very dehydrated so I brought along some sample.......click to learn what next.

Cellulite is genetic

Posted on February 18, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
Cellulite is genetic but a lot of it also depends on ones diet. I've had this dreaded orange peel butt ever since I was 13 and despite being very slim then, I still had a dimpled bum and I used to hate it!.......click to learn what next.

Errant drivers at school

Posted on February 17, 2010February 17, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
One thing that irritates me about Tee's school is the way cars and their respective drivers rule the road as though their grandfathers built them. These people, they practise their driving skills as though it was a bumper car ride outside the school........click to learn what next.

Do you own a pair of Cole Haans?

Posted on February 17, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
Do you? Do you? What's the verdict? I've had a browse through their website and there are some very, very nice designs but since I've never owned a pair of Cole Haans, I cannot comment on their quality. Care to share? Some of.......click to learn what next.

Do you really need prenatal vitamins?

Posted on February 7, 2010 by Mamapumpkin
For both my pregnancies, I had not taken any prenatal vitamins because my Doctor hadn't recommended them. I always wondered why because she had recommended them to mutual friends so I second guessed that perhaps she could tell I was a good eater.......click to learn what next.

Losing 10 kilos in 2010

Posted on February 6, 2010 by Mamapumpkin

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
