Last week, Tee went by herself without me to sit for her assessment exam to big school. My little almost 5 year old (yes, she's still little to me) braved it without her Mama and I am so proud of her. Remember she.......click to learn what next.

The Hubs says that my 2 girls are exactly like me, needing oodles and oozles of attention. I beg to differ. I certainly GET a lot of attention but I really do not NEED it. The fact that I do not go out.......click to learn what next.

Tee’s current favourite song

Posted on August 21, 2009August 12, 2009 by Mamapumpkin
Tee is really good at composing her own lyrics and tunes. She can whip up a rhyming tune with the snap of her fingers, I kid you not. And they actually sound feasible! Of late, the school’s new teacher has also been teaching.......click to learn what next.

Pregnant Belly Painting

Posted on August 18, 2009 by Mamapumpkin
For weeks, Tee had bugged me to allow me to paint my belly. The time was never right as most of the time, Mommy just didn't feel like it. But I couldn't disappoint her after promising her and forcing her to wait for.......click to learn what next.

Children below 5 who boast and show off

Posted on August 16, 2009August 8, 2009 by Mamapumpkin
That’s what Tee does and it used to drive me ballistic because I absolutely hate braggers but since then, I’ve learnt from the experts that children below 5 (and thereabouts depending on individual maturity) actually do not realise that they are showing off.......click to learn what next.

Keeping Tee busy

Posted on August 15, 2009 by Mamapumpkin
Tee has been skipping school these last few days because of many reasons - the Hubs is too busy to send her to school, she gets less exposed to sick kids and we need her in the house to help around, haha....she actually.......click to learn what next.

Teaching Music Creatively

Posted on August 15, 2009August 8, 2009 by Mamapumpkin
Tee’s music school has been very creative all this while in teaching toddlers the basics of music and movement but now that she’s advanced onto piano lessons, she is forgetful when it comes to learning her notes. The school feels that from statistics,.......click to learn what next.

Our last days together alone

Posted on July 31, 2009July 27, 2009 by Mamapumpkin

Mamapumpkin

I love green Once upon a time, she designed buildings and interiors of corporate offices and on the rare occasion, homes. Then, she cleaned poop and became a student of a patience management course. From the drawing board as a London Architect to the realities of Motherhood, she has certainly learned many lessons in humility. And then others.....

To succeed in the corporate world, first succeed with your kid as the happy boss. Seriously.

Fast forward 20 years later, Mamapumpkin has retired her husband from full time employment, living on passive income and abundance and has never felt so happy and fulfilled in her whole entire life. She now realises that all the pain and setbacks, the cruelty and the evil, which seriously nobody has to endure, was her stepping stone to where she now is and who she has become.

She has no regrets and would walk exactly the same path if given the chance again.

I love green

This blog is about Mamapumpkin: A strong, kick-ass Mom who worked full time juggling several jobs - the full-time paid job, the raising of her 2 kids (she gets paid in kind for this) and the volunteering job for various charity organisations and parenting websites. Needless to say, she got very little sleep (3-5 hours per day, Margaret Thatcher who used to sleep 4 hours per day during her conservative career inspires this crazy lifestyle).

Mamapumpkin intended to change the working Mom landscape in Malaysia where working women could bring their children to the corporate office of a client and not be frowned upon.

Today, she wants to show all women that if she can, YOU TOO CAN. She will guide you if you need that guidance. She will lend you that belief if you don't yet have it. She will show you every step of the way how you can do it. Her next decade is about raising the lives of as many families as she can.

I love green

Mamapumpkin writes about anything that comes out of her head but mostly seeks to inspire and share about all things that will bring benefits to others from her knowledge and experience.

Her 2 girls used to drive her towards challenge after challenge, 24/7.....day after day.....and interestingly, in her past life before her awakening, her parents were Muslim, her in-laws Buddhist, she was a Catholic and her Hubs, an Atheist. She's thinking her kids should be Hindu, just to complete the rainbow religion cycle.

Today, she believes in ONE GOD and HE overpowers ALL RELIGION because religion is really Man's interpretation of the downloads. She however, has had an incredible experience with GOD. That formless substance, that Creator, that omnipresent highest form of energy, the ALL, the Spirit, and many more labels humans have called Him.

Gotta love it.

She'd love to hear from you : Mamapumpkin at gmail dot com
