Back in the day, my Mom used to own a florist called Madame Dior ( I must’ve been 10 years old or something) and Wisma Cosway (then Wisma Stephens) became our second home. My brother and I, we’d freely go to the Indian Kedai Runcit that is still there today to buy anything we wanted as Mom had a small 555 book there to keep tabs of our expenditure.

Betty’s Cafe was already there and those days it was quite YUMMY!!! They do all sorts of local noodles and Malaysian fare and recently, I brought T2 there to takeaway some food because we just happened to be there and I was shocked that the restaurant had been done up and renovated from it’s coffee shop days.

The food now is OK but pricey. What do you expect being in the KL city centre. Betty’s Cafe is a great option though for office workers at the Pavilion who are bored of eating Pavilion food court food. Each noodle is just under RM10 but the portions are quite sizeable.
