I was always pear shaped but lately, I’ve noticed I’m becoming more and more of an apple. Blame it on chocolates and ice-cream, cake and cookies. *big sigh* At this rate, I’m going to have to join the biggest loser Asia soon. I am planning to do a 5km marathon next June 2011. I have not started training for this and I have no idea when or how it is going to happen but I am going to make it happen somehow or other. It is how to lose abdominal fat and stop looking like an apple.
