Today, I was going to cook home-made bakuteh. I had the spare ribs defrosted, garlic ready, chilli padi, tofu, even tong ho vegetables and then guess what? My stupid kitchen pantry told me he didn’t have the bakuteh sachets!!! How frigging unreliable!!! That REALLY pissed me off. I didn’t have time either to nip out to get them so…..the ribs became something else.

I’ve been craving for bakuteh for a few months now. I think I’m going to get some this weekend for sure.
