This is a back-dated post, only by several months *wink*

This baby of mine loves exploring – digging into things, peeling at things, climbing to unknown places, sticking fingers into holes, chewing on unknown objects, swallowing bits of raisin sized goods, tearing the tear-ables, you name it.

One day, she stuck some tiny stickers onto her fingers that she’d peeled off from T1’s star sticker chart, mind you, after repeatedly being warned NOT to touch it.

It’s amazing that the glue on it could still stick but I noticed she had trouble getting it off. After a long time attempting to get them off herself (obviously her fine motor skills were not yet up to mark!), she gestured for me to get rid of it.

And when I told her that she should not have touched things that didn’t belong to her in the first place, she yelled me a grunt. She yelled me a GRUNT!!!

So what do you think I did?

I left her right alone. *big grin*

Babies need to enrich themselves with some problem solving skills. *bunny hops away, hoppity-hop-hop….*
