And this is what I know to be true after working with thousands of people in my entire very rigorous career thus far, a lie that most people believe, is that their true authentic voice should be kept safe and silent.

Who would want to hear what I have to say? People will judge me if I said that. I am not that important. I can’t do it. It is not me. Everything has been done already. The market is saturated.

ALL THOSE LIMITING BELIEFS!!!

It’s a lie.

Stop believing the lies you tell yourself.

These lies have come from somewhere and just because you experienced it first hand, does not mean it is true. You play the piano for the first time and it sounds like a cat being attacked by a laughing hyena and someone beside you, maybe your uncle, laughs along and says, “Darling, I think you better stick to your day job.” You form the belief that playing the piano just isn’t your thing.

Yet, if you actually started taking piano lessons and practiced your 10,000 hours ala Malcolm Gladwell, you could end up being a famous concert pianist, or the world’s best piano examiner, or cut your own chart stopping piano jazz album, or or be that special piano teacher for autistic kids love. 

What you fail to realise is, it isn’t what you can or cannot do that is of utmost importance, but the FREQUENCY in which you deliver.

So imagine 100 of the greatest concert piano players of all time on stage, all of whom are very good. Would you agree that we will all, as their audience have our favourites? And if we were to grade them according to what WE like, for example, would we grade them differently as different people? One player’s playing could have moved your soul to bring you to a floating forest of adventure, another won someone else’s heart because he did some contortionist moves with the grand piano, which was so lively and entertaining, and another could have received old grandpa’s claps, because just the way he looked reminded him of Grandpa’s favourite teacher. 

And guess what? If they all looked the same and did the very same thing, us in the audience, will also have our personal favourites, because of the frequency that each radiated out onto us.

Same frequencies will always jive. 

This means, your frequency, will attract others who share your same frequency no matter what. Me telling someone of 268 Hertz that they must try this Colombian coffee will hit different to someone of 270 Hertz asking them to try the Colombian coffee. Some people will only hear what is being said because it is coming from you yet won’t get it when others say it. 

Your place here is not random. Your voice is not nothing. You have a specific purpose here in this world and an assignment to fulfil. Unfortunately, not everyone uncovers this before their expiry date, but if you do get the chance to, your life beyond extraordinary truly awaits you. You were born with a specific personality, a unique story, with a special lens. They contain specific codes and coordinates for your path here and you only need to have them activated.

The strangest thing is, you copying someone else who has succeeded, will not necessarily give you the same results. This is something I learnt over the last decade in running my multi-million businesses.

In the last 35 years, I have truly interacted with thousands of people in a huge capacity and what I have learnt is that pouring a cup of water, a simple skill that I can teach everyone to make money with, is actually not that simple. 

We assume that if we could do exactly the same thing that has made others get a certain result, that it would bring us the same result too. Does it not make so much sense? But no. Unfortunately, no.

We are all here with a different human design and doing what someone else has done their way, actually works against your own energetic blueprint.

And so it is a lie that you tell yourself that your voice cannot be heard because the world actually needs you. The world needs exactly your voice. There is a certain group of people out there waiting for you that sits along the fractal lines of this planet earth. Hence you should never underestimate yourself. 

These are people who have the same codes as you and have experienced something of the same as you. They resonate with your honesty, your story, they understand your humour, they trust your perspectives, they GET YOU, and are waiting to hear FROM YOU, because they are energetically aligned WITH YOU. It is almost like a jigsaw puzzle fit that you need each other to work together. And be together.

And so if you choose to stay silent, you would be doing this group of people a disservice; by accidentally withholding something that could have helped one or all of them.

People need to hear your courage, your lessons, your thoughts, and you do not have to be any kind of master or guru for this. You only need to be a few steps ahead of someone else in order to help them; and so if you were to think of your life right now, what can you do that you could help someone else with? What do you KNOW that you could help someone else with? What experiences have you collected that you could help someone else with? The lie we tell ourselves, is that nobody wants to hear it, but actually they need to hear it exactly from you.

You become the bridge for someone else. As my own mentor, Madame Layer, says, leaders are bridges and bridges are tested.

Our world does not want perfection. We connect to TRUTH. You become the bridge of truth for others in your own uniqueness and weirdness. 

So for me, I have always felt a bit different in that I work a little faster than most people and yet I do not get a lot of things, because everything for me is quite literal, and I am not sure if this is because my brain is so loaded with data that it fails to compute rationally, which is what my husband thinks, or if I am just wired like that. I mean, if you told me the buses were really slow this morning, I will not get that you wanted to take the train or hop into a cab. You have to tell me you want to take the train or get into a cab. Or I will just agree with you that the buses are really slow this morning. You know what I mean?

And because this happened only too many times where I would not get people or interrupt them in conversation with the incorrect forms of social decorum, completely unaware and unintentional, it started to make me feel stupid and it didn’t help that because of my results and intelligence that I have high functioning autism, I started feeling even more insecure. And then even more so, when my own family members would not believe me.

But eventually I found that there are soooooo many like me with high functioning autism who were EXACTLY like me, and I was so happy because they got me, and I got them!!! Every little bit of stupidity or weirdness made me suddenly belong that I am like them and they are like me. 

And then the lie that I used to tell myself is that I was truly a nobody coming from abandonment and adoption, with a whole truck of trauma and betrayals, etc etc etc. but heck, that was the biggest lie ever!!! My purpose truly started growing with action because I started speaking my truth on Social Media to the point where I grew a 20,000 monthly following, just to read my daily thoughts, and grew a few multi-million dollar businesses at that. 

Our purpose does not just magically appear.

We need to take action in order for it to materialise. It is in the doing that the magic comes to surface. Start speaking and sharing your voice. Start helping others. You will see how your life’s work begins to assemble…..

The world needs you. 

We need more people creating instead of endless Social Media scrolling. Creators shape our culture and bring people together. We innovate ideas and forge camaraderie-ship. We have the power to create a better world and leave it a better place. 

And the funny thing is, none of us need any millions to do this. We don’t need a million followers nor a million dollars. You only need to start showing up as you. Authentically you. 

Most people THINK they are authentic but I guess there are so many levels of authentic. Can you show up in a way that you hide nothing? I really don’t know many who do but this is what I help people with. To truly take back their ownership of who they really are, the moment they were conceived. 

We are here to create magic. 

All we need is the courage to start creating, and then the right people will come along at the right time.

I know people with 500 thousand followers but don’t make any money or if they do, very little, like a few thousand a month; and then I know people with only 100-200 followers who are raking a thousand times more. So…. never see a following as what someone is worth. We are all worthy. We all have a voice. Never tell yourself the lie that you cannot do it or that you cannot share your voice.

Even if you changed JUST ONE LIFE, that is already extraordinary impact you have effected. 

Just imagine, that one person could go on to impact a hundred million other lives. Why not? 

Once you start sharing your truth, the right people begin to find you. When you are just copying what others are doing, you wait longer because you are not aligned with your own unique frequency. 

If you ever feel called to explore this self initiation and activation with a mentor, you do not need to ask anyone for permission. This is your life’s work whether or not you have a full time job.

Remember, your voice may feel not as important as you think it is, but somewhere along those fractal lies is the exact voice that an entire tribe awaits.
