How do you clean your vegetables? I usually soak mine for at least 15 minutes in salt water. And then re-soak them again and again until I can see no more soil and sediments in the water after which I would rinse them. We don’t have that changgeh machine to clean our food so everything is done manually.

I hate broccoli though because almost always, there would be worms in them!!! But not if you buy the China ones that is full of chemicals and spray painted green!
