My Mom drives a Peugeot. She has been Peugeot loyal for quite awhile although really, she hates the damn French cars. But my friend’s father used to be the country manager of Peugeot and so she kept it because it meant that she only had to pick up the phone whenever the car’s high tech computerised systems failed. Yes, they do fail!!! Recently, she was talking about getting some car insurance rates because it is time and T1 included herself into the conversation except that she refuses to pronounce the car as a Peugeot, like the English or the French, as in PERzho or PhoJho. Nooooooo………..she is so stubborn that she insists that the car is called a PER-GOIT. She really reminds me of my childhood.
