Getting some exercise

Last Sunday, I kicked everyone out of bed and TWO HOURS LATER, we were walking the park and making a good sweat. I think I shall make this a weekly affair early on a Sunday morning. Sorry, God. Now that the Hubs is at work, I’m finding it increasingly difficult again to get on that treadmill. There is just not enough time in a day!!! At this rate, I’m going to need the best fat burner for getting me on track to meet my targeted weight by year end. Do you think a one hour walk once a week at the park will get me to lose 10 kilos??? How?

  1. Errr..I don’t know. What I do know is we (mums) do more than enough exercise running after our little kiddies as it is!..Hey you guys got Zumba over there..????

  2. hey..i can’t say but you never know, it might just work. Plus it’s good for the family to be out..we been doing that for the past couple of weeks, every Sunday morning…but, we slacked off the last 2…kakakkaak :-P.

  3. All the walking n sweating will surely count for something. 🙂 It’s really good to spend some time outdoor, esp for the kids. Unfortunately, we don’t hv good facilities w/in walking distance.
