T1 has inherited the love of Scones from my mother and we three are really the scone experts as we have tried so many scones in so many places! And the best still goes to the ones Jo taught me how to make, thanks again, Jo!

Recently, T1 tried the ones at the Gardens and they weren’t too bad. Well, she finished them off! I allowed her to handle everything herself as it gives her practise of her eye hand coordination and of course, the real reason? Because Mommy is too lazy!!!

Step 1 – slice your scone into half

Step 2 – Butter and cream your scone

Step 3 – Apply some jam if desired

Step 4 – Get ready to devour scone

Step 5 – But wait, think what else a scone can be? A pirate’s eye, but of course!

Step 6 – CHOMP-CHOMP-CHOMP!!!
