There is this premium Vincci shop in Bangsar Village that does shoes at a much higher price than the usual Vincci and I walked in one day with T2 and came out with 2 pairs of leather flats. I couldn’t resist.

I figured that I needed some flats as I am always strutting around in Birkenstocks and sometimes, when I am not in jeans, wearing slippers just doesn’t cut it and yet, wearing high heels carrying a baby is so impractical as I am out of practice. Also, high heels can’t take my weight AND baby’s weight, even if she is small…..I am just way, wayyyyyy large.

So for less than RM400, I came out with a pair of black (they’re super soft leather!) pumps and an olive pair. Hey, this beats paying RM3,000 for a pair of Louboutins! Although secretly, I still wish that I would own some Louboutins one day. They just haven’t made it to Malaysia yet.
