Recently, T1 came home really super duper excited because her school had awarded her a medal. Her first medal. A GOLD medal at that. She was SO EXCITED that she brought it out to show me in the car and then put it around her neck and wore it all day at home. After she got out of her school uniform, she showered and put the medal right back on. And then she couldn’t wait till Daddy got home so she could proudly show him her medal. Her first medal. A GOLD one at that.

So easy to brighten up a child’s day…..

Do you know why she was SO PROUD when she received her medal? It was because of this little secret she had that fired her to winning glory. She is still mighty chuffed.
