Since I have the above and it is getting worse by the day, I have to be even more careful now with what I put into my body. When I was first met up with the dietician, I was allowed 4 points of carbohydrates each meal but now, I can barely have 1 point and my sugar shoots up to borderline figures. 3.5 months to go……oh gosh. So very depressing when you cannot eat to enjoy life.
What more, these needles and magnetic sugary strips are costing money as I have to test my blood sugar 4 times a day! Imagine how much extra expense we have to incur every week going around town hunting for supplies!
