Despite paying a thousand every month for my apartment’s monthly management and maintenance fees which includes money into the building sinking fund, there were still three break-ins last year. The management claim that it is an insider job but I really cannot understand how such a small apartment with so many security guards can still be broken into. So with all the residents’ complaints, they are finally installing new security systems with CCTV cameras and card access into our individual units. At least now we’ll know every single person who walks into and out of our lift lobby.
