Tried and tested, simply nutritious and absolutely delicious!!!!

I made up this recipe today. Try it. You must!!

ONE serving for a Tee sized little person. That’s about ONE METER TALL.

Boil some pumpkin in salted water (say, 3″ x 6″ worth of pumpkin without the skin nor seeds and a pinch of salt in water) until pumpkin is mashable.

Drain and save that water.

Mash pumpkin.

Cook baby pasta (or whatever pasta you fancy, I cooked half a cup of baby pasta stars) in that saved water.

Drain pasta and mix into pumpkin mash. Add a teaspoon of butter and sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.

Tee LOVED it. She lapped up the whole serving which was almost 3 full cups of pasta!
