I leave my 8 year old (soon turning 9) girl completely to her own devices with her school work as I am a working Mom and do not have the time to interfere. If she does good, fine. If she doesn’t do good, fine too. Really. Sometimes, she asks me to test her but regrettably, I have very little time to do that. T1 is now on school holiday and has a History Exam coming up after the school holiday of 2 weeks. I spotted this sketch today on her desk and it cracked me up.

I truly wonder what goes on in her head when she writes these notes.
But nevertheless, she scores good! So there must be a method to her madness!
