I was first introduced to Royce by my BEST Japanese friend and LOVED it, so when I saw the ROYCE store being constructed at BV, I went into spins of delirious joy! Imagine all the Royce chocolates I could consume! Mmmm……….melt in your mouth Japanese chocolates.

And as soon as they opened, which tied in with Teacher’s Day last year, T1 and I bought boxes of chocolates for all the teachers in school. The Hubs was NOT happy because we had bought chocolates not just for the class teacher, nor all the teachers who taught T1 but all the teachers who worked so hard preparing for the school concert as well!! Oh, he was not pleased at all……….but he’ll get over it!

I think teachers are most often unappreciated and taken for granted.

Something caught my eye though and it was that the Royce lady was not eating Royce chocolate but Kinder Bueno instead!!! How can one not use their own products??? I can understand how stingy Malaysian entrepreneurs not wanting to make their staff consume their own product for cost savings but seriously, would you buy my product if I was using something else?

Of course, I still bought them all because I’ve had them and know they are awesome.

But so is Kinder Bueno.
