When I was designing my friend’s new baby shop, she had requested for concrete flooring just like those garage floors we see everyday but little did she know that maintenance of this type of flooring is high internally and furthermore, it is not cheap. Plus they can also crack easilly. Of course, these problems can be overcome. You just need to pay more for the real professionals to build the garage floors in your shop with proper epoxy coatings. In the end, she went for timber flooring.
