How much intellect for an administration job?

Seriously, assuming they had a tertiary education, can read and write pretty fluently, had some common sense, do you think they’d qualify for an admin jobs? Mine is pretty smart but I wonder. I wonder how she’d fare in an office environment. Perhaps better than in a home environment? Perhaps……
