Do you really need prenatal vitamins?

    By bigpumpkin | February 7, 2010

For both my pregnancies, I had not taken any prenatal vitamins because my Doctor hadn’t recommended them. I always wondered why because she had recommended them to mutual friends so I second guessed that perhaps she could tell I was a good eater from my large size and probably had no need for additional nutrients as I was probably quite well fed. But now that T2 is having a weight problem, I am wondering if I should have taken some instead. Thus if you are pregnant, what is the harm? Better safe than sorry, I say. So click here for prenatal vitamins if you’re interested!
