Man, oh man! I really wonder if this will happen. It is already February and in order to lose 10 kilos, I’d have to lose an average of 1 kilo per month. Although I’ve started exercising, I am yet to have lost any weight and this is because, psychologically when I am working out so hard, I think I can eat!
