Whenever I eat bittergourd, my blood sugar tends to drop as it has some insulin producing properties. I try to eat it at least once a week now. I’ve never really had a problem with it.
Tonight’s dinner was baby bittergourd omelette, sweet and sour big fat garoupa, chicken herbal soup. With rice…….that’s it. Tired already.
Have you noticed that I’m blogging a lot about food lately? What to do, I’m frigging HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!!!!

i ate tons of bittergourds when i had gestational diabetes. do you know if u blend it as juice, it’s more potent? but then again, it will be difficult to down it.
