Karcher DS5600 Hoover

As I am experiencing early nesting symptoms, we recently bought ourselves a lovely hoover. To me, it is the best in the world. I love it, love it, love it. I am usually not your typical cleaning lady but with the Karcher, I’m happy to do it.
The Karcher has the highest suction power of similar type hoovers in the market. The first thing that we were shown was that it sucked up an EIGHT KILOGRAM piece of weight (in the shape of a bullet) and were warned that this wasn’t the hoover for us if we kept any small pets, like hamsters and gerbils and guinea pigs. I was thinking…..baby…..baby……baby is less than 8kg…….but baby wouldn’t be able to fit into the hose, thank goodness.
So the danger is, you cannot leave small objects lying around as they will all get sucked up. There goes Tee’s dollhouse and her myriads of stationery lying around the floors, tables, beds, toilet bowls……..
We managed to get a lot of accessories with it thanks to somebody’s great negotiation skills. Man, I am so happy with it. It makes everything super duper clean!!!
I was told that if it was thrown down the stairs, it would still work as everything about it was mechanically built by the Germans. Nothing is computerised. I like that.
It comes with an extra long hose so I don’t have to roll the hoover everywhere (but this hose doesn’t come with the standard unit), a dust buster brush for cleaning tabletops or TV screens, an upholstery brush for curtains, the usual floor and carpeting brush, an angled extra long brush for high surfaces, an extra long corner suction tool, oh…..so many things, I’ve forgotten now. The most important thing is, it’s clean and easy to use.
My only gripe is it’s corporate colour. Wish it was something more slick and not looking like a bumble bee. Well, if you want to know more, ask me. I can tell you how it defers from the others and why you should get it. No commission for me, but I intend to get the Karcher Steam Cleaner one day, which means no more floor chemicals or other cleaning detergents. Just cleaning through very hot steam. Lovely…….

oooh..karcher’s lovely. the steam cleaner is very handy to have too…..
anyway..even if it’s sucked up, could you not find it in the bag?
